O-Hub

The Opportunity Products of the O-Hub are designed to empower families of Cape York to take control of their lives.  In January 2023, the O-Hub extended its support to Lockhart River, establishing an office at the Kuunchi Kakana Centre with staff in the community regularly and building the capability of individuals and families through a suite of Opportunity Products, which have been co-designed by Cape York Partnership and the Indigenous communities they support.  Community members can speak with staff who encourage and support them to take responsibility for their finances, health and their children’s educational costs.
